This company is a SCAM!

This company is a SCAM!! I was filling out entry and exit forms to travel to the Dominican Republic and clicked on this link. Too late! I was charged for the forms which are free if you complete through your airline's link. Hope this alerts other travelers before they make the same costly mistake that I did!

This is a scam

This is a scam. I ordered documents which were finally delivered 6 weeks after application (8 December). Prior to that I had received a mail informing me of iminent delivery of the relevant documents on 21 October. What is more important is that almost no countries that charge for the the entry visa documents. Do not use this company, a waste of your money. All Asian countries offer the services for free.

They are 100% a scam company

They are 100% a scam company. They make each of their pages you click on (depending on where you are traveling to) look like the official website of that country, then charge you $60 to "fill out" the "documents" for entry into the Philippines, in my case, when it's actually free to fill them out. These pieces of shit need to be shut down.

SCAM site

Pure people scamming. Example Thailand ESTA is actually FREE straight from thai government site. These eDocs LLC have paid for google ads to pop-up first in search and seem to be a legitimate site. The payment for the ESTA was a little shady because there is no sum seen as you pay and proceed so it seems that its just a free (as it should be on the official site) "authentication" type of thing for a official esta.

They said my visa was approved, although it was declined because of the photo

STAY AWAY. This is worst day-time robbery site, I came across. I applied thru them, for a tourist visa for the UK. I received an email from them, that said that my UK eTA application has been successfully approved. However, when I tried to download my eTA doc from the email link, I get a document which says that my application was rejected because of a problem with my photo. Essentially, I paid approx. 68 Euros (for an 18-Euro visa cost), just to tell me that the photo was not OK. They advised me to re-apply and submit a new photo. AND of course, paying another 68 Euros. But even if I reapplied, there is nothing stopping them, charging another 68 Euros ... without checking if the photo is OK. I asked for a refund, which they denied.Eventually, I downloaded the official UK Government for ETA UK Visa, on my mobile. I STRONGLY advise you to use it, instead of private companies like this one. It which was very easy to use. And checks the photo online, during the submission time and also reads all data from the passport chip via NFC. I got my visa after 5 minutes and paid the normal fee of 18 Euros. These guys are WORST choice, one can make. STAY AWAY.

BEWARE!!!

It's a trap! They hunt for people looking for the UK ETA, by buying the first position on Google. The site looks like a gov site, on mobile you will not see any prices nor description about their service. If you move on and believe it's a government site, you should wake up once you start reading the terms and conditions. The payment site will not disclose any prices either. Only if you scroll down, you will for the first time notice, that you paid a shit load of money to this company. If you were there try writing immediately, that you are cancelling your order and request a refund via email. I wrote within few minutes after receiving a confirmation email but they rejected refund and completed the order. ETA seems legit, but it's way overpriced.

I was scammed by this website…

I was scammed by this website (edocs.online). They pretend to be the official portal for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card, which is actually free on the official Thai government website. Their site came up first on Google, looking very official, and in a moment of urgency before my trip, I mistakenly paid USD $60 for what turned out to be a completely useless service. After payment, their “application” simply redirected me to the real official Thai government site — offering nothing extra, no assistance, and no valid confirmation document. This is misleading and deceptive, designed to trick travelers into paying for a free government form.I have requested a full refund and reported the website for fraudulent practices. Please be careful and do not pay for the Thai Digital Arrival Card anywhere other than the official immigration website.

Fraudulent website pretending to be the official Philippines arrival portal

I was scammed by a fake website called Philippines Arrival. It pretends to be the official Philippine government website for eArrival or travel registration, but it is not legitimate. The site collected my personal information and charged my Visa card without clear consent. The amount was deducted immediately, and later I found out that the official government registration is completely free.I trusted this site because it appeared on Google Ads, and everything looked professional. After realizing it was fake, I contacted my bank to block the card, but the transaction had already gone through. This fake site is misleading travelers and should be reported and removed from both Google and Trustpilot to protect others from falling victim to the same scam.Advice to others:Please do not enter your personal data or payment information on this site. Use only the official Philippine Bureau of Quarantine or immigration website for travel registration.

This is a scam. It is for FREE!

Not worth even one star. They do exactly what the Malaysian govt website does and charge you 60usd while the service at the Malaysian govt website is FOR FREE!!DON’T use this service, it adds NOTHING and should be forbidden. These people abuse the ignorance of the public to steal their money. Look for a link starting with imigresen-online.imi.gov.my
